Most startups don’t fail because of a lack of ideas. They struggle because consulting, development, and marketing work in silos.
Some companies were excellent at marketing but weak in execution. Others built strong products but failed to position or scale them. So founders were forced to hire multiple agencies, manage misalignment, and lose time, money, and momentum.
That gap became impossible to ignore. We are three founders with complementary strengths:

  • Ashish Pandey brings 11+ years of digital marketing experience, having worked with multiple MNCs and scaled brands across competitive markets.
  • Parminder Saini brings deep expertise in business and technology consulting, helping founders make the right decisions before mistakes become expensive.
  • Parvinder Singh, the third founder, is a brilliant software architect and developer, focused on building stable, scalable systems that support real growth.

Together, we had already helped startups grow into multi-million-dollar businesses, including Candy.ai, Sugarlab AI, and FirmEU.

Our Achievements by Year

The Beginning

Ashish Pandey and Parminder Saini were discussing the business growth they had generated that quarter for another company when one question changed everything:
“If we can build this level of success for others, why not build something of our own?” That moment led to a bold decision. They resigned, took the leap, and on 21 September 2022, Triple Minds was born—built on belief, experience, and a vision to offer complete digital solutions under one roof. Soon after, Parvinder Singh joined as the third partner, completing the foundation of three aligned minds with one clear mission.

First Enterprise Wins

This year marked our first major validation. We closed five enterprise clients, including SugarLab AI, AllYourDolls, and the FRIENDO App, along with other growing brands.
These early enterprise partnerships proved that our integrated approach—consultation, development, and marketing working together—could deliver real results at scale. It was a defining year that strengthened our confidence and set the tone for disciplined, long-term growth.

Product Expansion & Scale

In 2024, we focused heavily on product and technology expansion. We launched three advanced NSFW AI chatbots, featuring capabilities such as AI image generation, video generation, and conversational intelligence.
At the same time, we crossed an important milestone by working with 50+ active clients across industries. This year reinforced our ability to handle both innovation and scale without compromising execution quality.

A New Chapter

In 2025, we moved into a brand-new office, designed to support collaboration, creativity, and scale. With more space and a stronger working environment, we set a clear internal goal to grow toward a 50-member team.
This year also marked an important milestone as Triple Minds transitioned from Triple Minds to Triple Minds Pvt. Ltd., strengthening our legal structure and long-term foundation. Overall, 2025 was about reinforcing culture, improving internal processes, and preparing the company for the next phase of structured expansion.

Structure, Products, and Momentum

For the first time, we formally hired an HR function, after running entirely founder-led operations until then. This marked a shift toward stronger internal structure and long-term team building.
We officially launched Big Brother, rolled out the new Triple Minds website, and released FRIENDO to the public. Several more initiatives are already in motion, with many announcements still to come.
